Angela's Appendix

Here's a snapshot of my focuses for 2008-09:

WELCOMING ANGLOPHONE
    INDIVIDUALS AND TEAMS...

Sharing a meal in our living/dining room with the leaders and chaperones of the high school French students from Illinois who come each year.

LEADING WORSHIP...

David and I lead chapel worship for 11-15 yr. olds
every Monday morning.

We also lead corporate worship at church 2x month.

If you're a French teacher in a Christian school, click here  for 3 easy songs to enrich your lessons.

(parents are a little nervous about posting their photos)

HELPING OUT WITH THE
SPECIAL NEEDS CLASS...

These 2 need one-on-one attention in the afternoons, so I asked to volunteer 2 afternoons/wk.
I took this photo in the attic of a local museum -       a bird's eye view of the neighborhood!
(My other official duties are keeping a certain bathroom clean and doing the rag laundry when needed!)

PREPARING OLIVIA FOR ADOLESCENCE...

with a 6-week Bible study of Song of Solomon
with her female classmates culminating with
a blessing ceremony on her birthday.
