YOGURT
POT CAKE
Dump one small pot of plain yogurt (125 g or 4.5 oz.) into a mixing
bowl.
Then add the following ingredients, mixing
after each addition:

pots sugar
3 eggs
splash of vanilla & a pinch of
salt
3 pots flour
1 t. baking powder
1/2 pot oil
Bake at 325 degrees for 35 min. in a greased round cake pan. Embellish as desired!
