Feedback...

Our youth group worship night went well...mostly in the aspect of gathering experience for doing more "creative expression nights" like that in the future...got one brewing at the moment...stay tuned!

Angela has put in many a late night to prepare for last night's debut of the "How to become a real princess in 6 weeks" class. Including Olivia, I think she had 7 girls and one adult helper. They began a unique study of the Song of Solomon that will surely challenge and sow into these girls, some of whom come from very broken homes. We're excited for what will come of this!

Had a great visit with two ladies who are studying French in Paris at the moment with an eye on what God is calling them to here in France. A definite God-orchestrated weekend of relational connection...love that stuff! More Lord!

Appear to be out of the malevolent computing jungle for the moment...good lessons learned and experience gained.

We've been recently very blessed as parents as we watch all three of our children flourish in their respective environments...does a heart good!

Please Pray...

• Worship - This will be a heavy month of worship responsibilities. Three out of the 5 Sundays are ours as well as participation in the monthly 4-hour worship gathering, chapel worship at school, etc. There is a sense, as well, that the Lord is asking this community here to "step-it-up" a bit in our worship and intercession consecration. It's obvious that we can't do any more on our own. I see two things that need to change: #1 - less reliance on our own energy/talents...a hard one for creative/task-minded people, but absolutely essential. #2 - reinforcements. We simply need more people involved in the worship and intercession army. I have a feeling that #1 may be a prerequisite to #2 being released. Please pray for the worship and intercession community here to learn to rest in the Lord, have an increased consecration, and be augmented with those the Lord has called.

• Princess Class - Please pray for Angela for revelation and anointing as she prepares and gives each lesson. Pray for the class time each Friday evening (5-7pm French time). Pray for relational and spiritual unity between Angela and her assistant Shaela. Pray for the girls...especially Olivia...to receive a strong seed planted of intimacy and passion for their Prince of Peace.

• Germany - I head off to Germany next weekend with our pastors wife and a couple from the Elders group for a conference. We are looking forward to this time as a time where we sow into our desire as a church to be more connected with Germany. This is also important for Alsace as it's a region with a checkered history as regards Germany...much reconciliation needed. German-French unity is important for Europe and it hinges in Alsace. God is looking for the Body of Christ in Alsace to take a key position in this reconciliation. Germany remains on my heart personally as well. Please pray for financial provision (150 euros), traveling safety (by car), divine connections, and increasing heart for Germans and the German Church, language anointing.

• Finances - We're going through a financial trough right at the moment. We're thrilled by the positive change recently in the exchange rate, but we've had nothing to exchange with which to experience the thrill! ;-) Additionally, we need to order a ticket pretty soon for Rachel to return to the States after Christmas break. Please pray along side us for our daily bread and provision for Rachel's ticket.

• Intercession Gathering - The 25-27th of this month, I'll be near Valence, France for a weekend with church leaders and intercessors in two different church networks in France. The focus is simply bringing the leaders and the intercessors together to pray for the Nation and the Church in France. Please pray for our traveling safety, unity with each other because of unity with the Lord, and anointed, effective intercession for France.

• Establishing - It's that time of year again...we just got our annual notice to renew our residence permits for France. We've not had any forward progress with our Christian school being able to hire us. We really need to know what to do or not do to move forward towards a more stable immigration status. Please pray for favor with the French government and a connection with someone who really knows a way forward through the French bureaucratic morass.
