| The "hinge of the year"...that's what December is. I can feel it especially this year. It's as if, for me anyway, the hinge started its movement toward the end of summer and will begin the year with the motion of "opening up" and "opening wide." It's a sense of anticipation. November has added to that momentum. - Angela's Princess Class is underway full-steam with 9 girls descending on our humble abode every Friday after school. This class is part of the preparations for Olivia's 13th birthday January 7th, where we will have a ceremony celebrating Olivia becoming a young woman.
- My time in Germany was very key for me as the Lord brought some real breakthroughs in my heart with respect to moving from "slavery" to "sonship" (key concepts in Romans 8, written in new ways on my heart).
- Followed by all three of us in the house reading The Shack and getting fresh insight on the Lord's heart of love.
- We bought a ticket for Rachel so that she could be with us for Christmas - everyone together again under one roof...we're all very excited.
- Powerful times of worship throughout the month with a sense that the Lord is at work all around us as well.
- Turned in our annual residence card renewal paperwork, with us asking for the first time (at the guidance of the local mayor's office), for a permit of 10 years instead of 1 year.
- New ministries starting to come to life at our church
- Signs of the Spirit moving among the students at school
- November was pretty heavy-duty with respect to world events as well! ;-)
I'd say that God was up to something and that He's doing some "heart work" in His Church in preparation...sounds like a season of Advent to me!

- I'll (we'll) be HOME for Christmas! - As we fill the house again with 5 instead of 3...all of us having grown significantly since the last time it was the case, please pray for a new grace on our family for a new season, and deep heart connections for a family, which is spread over 3 countries and 2 continents!
- Princess Class - (repeating last month's entry here as it's still very valid!) Please pray for Angela for revelation and anointing as she prepares and gives each lesson. Pray for the class time each Friday evening (5-7pm French time). Pray for relational and spiritual unity between Angela and her assistant Shaela. Pray for the girls...especially Olivia...to receive a strong seed planted of intimacy and passion for their Prince of Peace.
- Birthdays - Noah is 15 today (Dec 2) and away from home. Olivia, as mentioned will turn 13 soon. Please pray for Noah today for an incredibly blessed Birthday and pray for the preparations of Olivia's birthday ceremony, many of which will be done over Christmas Break.
- Finances - Please pray for the Body of Christ worldwide (this means you and me too!) to come out from under the deceptions of the spirit of Mammon during this time of financial shaking. Pray that we would all be a source of blessing for those around us. God's well has not run dry!
- Establishing - As our renewal dossier with its significant request goes through the channels in the local government, please pray for favor with the French government to facilitate a deep rooting here in France in the Alsace region. Pray also that any strengthening of our rootedness here would not just be for us but would have a ripple effect on how the Lord could use us in other lives.
