Again, we're thrilled to have so many of you praying for us! It means a great deal to us. We also know that targeted prayer vital for breakthrough, we have for you some targets to shoot at!
As we've just switched from Yahoo Groups to inJesus.com to host our newsletters, I'll be doing some experimenting to see how inJesus handles HTML vs. plain text messages. So, you can expect to see some format changes in the coming months as we figure out what works. So,l as they say when you're speaking with someone on the phone here...."please bear with me a moment..."

French Visas: I will be going for the first visit to the French consulate on the afternoon of June 5th. Pray for favor with French so that we may get our visas in a timely manner. Note: The climate for missionaries is not all that favorable in Western Europe right now. We need to be discerning about how God would have us represent ourselves to the French while still being honest.

Driving Lessons: Angela has decided to take her chances in France with respect to driving. I've resigned to that fact, but I'm taking up the challenge here in the UK myself. My driving test is scheduled for July 19th. Until then, pray that I'll be teachable and that I really can learn to "drive British"!

Outreach: June 19-21st, we'll be involved in an "evangelistic BBQ" outreach to the local community. These BBQ's have been very successful in the UK and are spreading into the continent as well. It's sort of a servant/friendship-evangelism approach. Pray for discernment, open hearts, boldness....and GOOD WEATHER!

Time management: Our schedules are our own currently and we need to accomplish a lot but use our time wisely. Both Angela and I easily slide into the "easiest" way to use our time unless we give it conscious effort. I can also get completely task-oriented and forget about those important people in my life! Pray for wisdom in using our time wisely as we prepare for moving to France.

Money management: We have a number of purchases to make prior to going to language school. Additionally, language school presents us with new expenses we've not had before (e.g. tuition!). Please pray for wisdom and discernment in using the finances that God has given us and for provision for these new needs.
